Tikshani
Managing Director and Senior Sonographer
Tikshani brings over a decade of experience in diagnostic ultrasound and a foundational background in radiography and brings forth a bold vision for excellence in patient-centred imaging. She is a highly respected clinician known for her precision, warmth, and dedication to advancing imaging excellence. Her career spans high-acuity clinical work, strategic leadership, and international presentations.
She has presented at major conferences including the Australian Sonographers Association (ASA) annual event in Brisbane, and served as an international speaker on Musculoskeletal ultrasound for Mindray at the National Ultrasound Congress in the Philippines. Tikshani also shared the stage with Professor Philippe Jeanty on Obstetric imaging, and continues to educate referring GPs on point-of-care ultrasound across Victoria.
Her leadership is built on precision, compassion, and a passion for empowering patients and healthcare professionals alike.
Rexie
Managing Director and Senior Sonographer
Rexie Gan is a highly experienced medical imaging professional with a rich background spanning ultrasound, CT, and MRI. Since 2014, she has been a dedicated ultrasound trainer, mentoring students and upskilling qualified staff with a focus on clinical excellence and hands-on proficiency. Her commitment to education and professional development has shaped the careers of countless imaging professionals across Australia.
With 8 years of MRI experience and 2 years as CT Supervisor at a major hospital, Rexie brings a deep understanding of cross-sectional imaging and departmental leadership. Her expertise in emergency ultrasound and general sonography ensures that patients at Domain Radiology receive timely, accurate, and compassionate care.
